10-Day Return Policy

At Dashmee, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with an item, you may return it within 10 days of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Certain items are ineligible for returns, including:
    • Perishable goods
    • Intimate apparel and personal care items
    • Final sale items or items marked "non-returnable"
    • Digital goods or downloadable products
  • Items returned after 10 days from delivery will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dashmee.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and a return authorization number.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm its eligibility.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within the 10-day return period for items in stock. If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the replacement item when you contact us.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product description before purchasing to see if an item is non-returnable.
